We are very excited about what we are building here and welcome you to consider joining us This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for contract execution process, from receipt of the contract request through supplier signature, including reviewing, drafting, managing and negotiating a wide variety of international contracts; as well as interfacing with the business partner (internal and external) for such activities. Responsibilities Execute contract management activities (including drafting and negotiating contracts, contract execution, regular updates to the systems and trackers) Participate in or support process improvement initiatives Support client on routine contract template and negotiation playbook management (e.g., updates to existing templates or negotiation playbooks) May support QC activities May serve as point of contact (e.g. back-up) to designated client contracting team or within designated focus area (e.g. lead or participate in regular check-s meetings to discuss updates, process changes, questions and contract request queues) Assist with the resolution of contract level issues and escalations May train/mentor team members when proved to have sufficient knowledge and skills to perform the training; Be part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value. This role requires the legal knowledge to take instructions from our Clients, take appropriate action and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members.
