Job Description

Objetivo:

Category Development en las categorías principales con foco en Chile y Sur America. Gestión de las categorías con el objetivo de optimizar su valor mediante estrategias de ejecución, diseño de planogramas, optimización de assortment, diseño de clusters y análisis de tendencias de consumo, consumidor y categorías. Y ser el CatMan Advisor tanto para distribuidores como retail.

Actividades:

  1. Desarrollo y ejecución de propuestas:
    • Análisis de los espacios en blanco de las categorías, para lograr ciertos crear oportunidades de innovación.
    • Análisis de portafolio buscando la optimización de las categorías existentes, así como nuevas oportunidades de categorías.
    • Establecer la estrategia de categoría del canal.
  2. Punto de contacto de los retailers para el análisis de categorías:
    • Principal soporte y punto de contacto para los clientes retail con los análisis de las distintas categorías.
    • Relación directa con los compradores senior de los clientes retail.
    • Acceso de información confidencial de total categoría por parte de clientes retail, incluyendo skus de la competencia, total punto de venta, entre otros.
    • Asesor de total categoría para clientes retail.
  3. Sesiones trimestrales de categorías con trade:
    • Estrategia del canal & gestión de clientes.
    • Análisis de los distintos canales de distribución para buscar implementar la estrategia adecuada para el crecimiento.
    • Buscar nuevas tendencias del consumidor en las distintas categorías para medir la viabilidad de implementación dentro de KH.
  4. Optimización de la ubicación de SKU:
    • Estrategia y establecer el market share.
    • Integración de KPIs.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia +4 años
  • Titulo universitario en alguna carrera relacionada a administración, Finanzas o Mercadeo.
  • Especialización de algún tipo en Mercadeo / Trademarketing/ Administración y Experiencia en Industria de Alimentos.
  • Inglés Avanzado (tenga en cuenta que una parte de la entrevista será en inglés).
