BESS knowledge is a plus. Soft Skills: How to negociate in hard scenarios, customer intensity and team work. Hard Skills: Basic technical knowledge of Huawei technology (Inverters and BESS), project management and presentation skill. Advanced English level Responsibilities Responsible for non-NA customer as sales for customer development and sales project management, making sure to achieve mkt and sales target. Deeply understanding of customer potential business pain points, requirements and business strategy, identify opportunities by Huawei solutions and services to meet the customers requirements and improve the customers business. Engage in technology decision maker discussions, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria. Identify target sales scenarios, insight the current solar energy industry and development plan, define PMGD and C&I customer’s strategy and executive effectively and efficiently.
