  1. In this position, you will independently support and advise FI stakeholders in your area of responsibility in all financial topics.
  2. You rely on a close and cooperative partnership with the heads of departments and stakeholders and create a meaningful management reporting to ensure business success and support in the decision making with your commercial knowledge.
  3. Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, asset, cash, and liabilities, etc.
  4. Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business performance and creates regular reports to management.
  5. Develop standard models and reporting for monthly monitoring of key financial indicators.
  6. Acts as an advisor that troubleshoots and resolves complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.
  7. In addition, you will participate in cross-functional finance initiatives for the further development and introduction of new methods, processes and procedures for operational and strategic accounting and controlling with a focus on innovation, digitization, and automation.
Tus atributos y habilidades:
  1. You have an educational background in Business Administration or Finance and have 3+ years of commercial work experience.
  2. You have sound business management expertise (e.g. revenue recognition, FCF, etc.) as well as analytical skills.
  3. An experienced handling of Microsoft Office as well as commercial SAP applications is a matter of course for you. Furthermore, you have a high affinity for the successful digitalization and automation of financial processes.
  4. You are fluent in English and feel comfortable working in an international group.
  5. You are able and enjoy preparing complex issues in a compact and transparent way and present them to the management. Ideally, you have demonstrated this in the course of project work.
  6. Strong planning and organizational skills, teamwork, results orientation and assertiveness complete your profile.
