OBJETIVOS DEL PUESTO:

Responsable de la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de mediano impacto. Implementación de toda la línea de plataformas analíticas / pre analíticas y participación en diseño técnico de soluciones.

Apoyo en la implementación y seguimiento de prioridades estratégicas de servicio en Chile.

Sobre Nuestra Oportunidad: Project Management:
  1. Planificar y gestionar el recurso en conjunto con KAMs de Servicio/Líderes de línea, buscando las mejores alternativas existentes en términos de disponibilidad, calidad, costo y eficiencia en torno a la instalación, entrenamientos y puesta en marcha de los proyectos de mediana complejidad.
  2. Dar seguimiento a solicitud de instrumentos, reactivos, repuestos, accesorios, equipamiento e insumos necesarios para la puesta en marcha del proyecto, con el asesoramiento técnico de los Líderes de Líneas de Servicio, realizar el seguimiento y elaborar planes de acción para abordar contingencias.
  3. Responsable del seguimiento y cumplimiento de los compromisos asumidos en la implementación de proyectos de mediana complejidad para la compañía, interactuando con el resto de las áreas para mantener el flujo de los procesos.
  4. Brindar información y seguimiento de cada etapa del proyecto bajo estándar y estructura comunicacional ya sea con clientes como con stakeholders relacionados.
  5. Establecer en conjunto con comercial y MKT, el presupuesto requerido para la implementación de cada proyecto en la GDC y de controlar y monitorear los gastos efectuados durante el avance de la implementación.
  6. Dar cierre oficial a cada uno de los proyectos realizados, incluyendo toda la documentación que soporte los productos entregados durante la ejecución del mismo y que refleje la aprobación del cliente.
Aplicaciones:
  1. Responsable de la instalación desde el punto de vista de aplicaciones, configuración de los equipos asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad definidos por el fabricante y en coordinación con servicio técnico e IT.
  2. Formación al cliente en el uso de los equipos, técnicas y aplicaciones de los sistemas a través del desarrollo de programas de instrucción y entrenamiento.
  3. Solución de consultas y reclamos en relación con el funcionamiento o problemas con las aplicaciones e instrumentos. Cocreación con el cliente y asesoría en calidad analítica y eficiencia del laboratorio.
  4. Soporte y asesoría técnica y científica como experto, sobre el rendimiento de los equipos, aplicaciones y cualquier dato de interés relacionado con su área de actividad.
  5. Participación en demostraciones de instrumentos y presentaciones técnicas a clientes.
  6. Registro y cierre oportuno de casos en Rexis.
  7. Cumplir con la entrega y archivo de la documentación requerida para el manejo de casos (consultas, reclamos, entrenamientos, mantenciones preventivas y correctivas, entre otras).
  8. Velar y colaborar con el adecuado cumplimiento de normas corporativas y Políticas Internas (Compliance, Business Code of Conduct, Políticas de Calidad, Directivas Roche Globales específicas de seguridad, protección, salud y protección del medio ambiente).
  9. Participar y aprobar entrenamientos de nuevos equipos y traspasar los conocimientos adquiridos a los demás integrantes de aplicaciones. Ser parte de la educación continua requerida por su cargo ya sea a través de entrenamientos oficiales y/o autoestudio.
  10. Garantizar e implementar las acciones requeridas por notificaciones a la afiliada que son responsabilidad de aplicaciones en alineación con el líder. Mantener informado a calidad sobre los avances, cierre de las acciones requeridas y envío de las evidencias.
  11. Ser referente ante el equipo de aplicaciones en temas relacionados de control de calidad.
  12. Ser referente en apoyo al cierre de casos complejos de control de calidad.
  13. Ser apoyo de cara al cliente en abordaje de casos complejos con control de calidad.
Tu Perfil:
  1. Título universitario, en el área de la salud (Bioquímica, Tecnología Médica, Química Farmacéutica, entre otros) y/o del área ingenieril (Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería Electrónica, entre otros) o técnica (Técnico electrónico, mecánico o similares).
  2. Experiencia laboral de 5 años en Laboratorios Clínicos y/o empresas.
  3. Conocimiento de equipamiento y sistemas Roche.
  4. Dominio de Excel intermedio.
  5. Nivel de Inglés intermedio.
  6. Visio Professional, LEAN, design thinking, simuladores Roche (deseable).
  7. Software modelación 3D – Sketchup (deseable).
  8. Conocimiento en Project Management y herramientas asociadas (deseable).
