What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional IT support experience in corporate or managed services. Advanced English proficiency. Four‑year college degree. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, Windows 10/11. Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD). Citrix VDI (Workspace, Virtual Apps & Desktops) in production. Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, IP). Troubleshooting hardware/software in fast‑paced end‑user environments. Documentation of processes, asset data, resolutions. User onboarding/offboarding workflows, account provisioning, hardware prep. ITSM tools (Jira Service Management). Escalation of complex cases when needed. Forensic attention to detail, positive mindset, can‑do attitude. Experience with large, complex systems; extreme ownership; alignment with client goals. Consistently work 40 hrs per week. What We Offer Competitive pay. 100 % remote work.
