About The Role Compensation: $11 per hour based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time – Remote We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager (Remote role) to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery. If you're organized, resourceful, and love working with a high-performing international remote team —this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records are kept current Assist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness Conduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis to support leasing strategy Maintain and update tenant and property records in platforms such as AppFolio and Google Sheets Generate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction Stay aligned with company processes, policies, and compliance standards The Right Candidate Will Possess The Following Competencies Highly Responsive Excellent Written & Verbal Communication High Integrity Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills Tech-Savvy with Ability to Learn Quickly Calm Under Pressure Consistent and Reliable Performance Positive, Customer-First Attitude Prior property management or real estate experience preferred Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate workflows Knowledge of tools such as AppFolio, Housecall Pro, Gmail, and Google Sheets a plus Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Benefits You’ll be supporting one of the most refined property management systems in Southern California We’ve designed a uniquely attractive product that residents and property owners truly value This role offers full remote flexibility while being part of a highly engaged, collaborative team You’ll receive hands‑on training, coaching, and growth opportunities from real estate pros Paid time off and paid company holidays Opportunities for advancement within the AllView Real Estate network Note: You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
