As a Customer Technology Advisor , you’ll be at the heart of our Go‑To‑Market team, working side‑by‑side with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer stakeholders. You’ll use your technical expertise to design and deliver solutions that help businesses grow, adapt, and thrive. What You’ll Do Lead with impact: guide customers through technical demos and presentations that showcase the power of Kyndryl’s capabilities. Build trusted partnerships: collaborate across Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Delivery to co‑create solutions that meet real business needs. Drive innovation: bring deep domain knowledge and certifications to develop tailored, high‑value solutions across Cloud, AI, Security, and more. Who You Are You’re customer‑focused, possess a growth mindset, and prioritize customer success in your work. You are inclusive and collaborative, working effectively across borders. Strong technical and business acumen. Experience in consultative selling and solutioning. Certifications in one or more domains (Cloud, AI, Digital Workplace, Security, etc.). Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or solutioning roles. Strong ability to translate complex solutions into customer value. Proven experience in consultative selling and solution development. Recognized expertise in one or more technology domains. Relevant external certifications supporting your domain specialization. Ability to lead customer engagements through demos, prototypes, and presentations. Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience working with multi‑industry clients in a technical advisory capacity. Familiarity with pre‑sales processes and compliance standards. Experience collaborating with alliance partners to build joint solutions.
