Si estás buscando un entorno desafiante, con oportunidades reales de crecimiento profesional, esta puede ser tu oportunidad En Consorcio estamos en búsqueda de un Head of Data Science, quien será responsable de liderar el diseño, mejora e implementación de modelos analíticos que permitan predecir comportamientos de clientes e impulsar mejoras en los procesos de negocio del Grupo, a través de soluciones y productos basados en datos. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones analíticas que se integren en los procesos del negocio, apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Analizar datos de comportamiento de clientes para construir modelos matemáticos que estimen impactos cuantitativos en variables clave. Identificar segmentos de clientes y proponer ofertas de valor diferenciadas para cada uno. Profesional titulado de Ingeniería Estadística, Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería Matemática. Deseable doctorado o magister orientado a temas como ciencia de datos, machine learning, estadística, IA, etc. Experiencia gestionando proyectos de ciencia de datos. Conocimiento avanzado de librerías para la modelación en base a datos como Sklearn, Keras, Numpy, etc. Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión en la nube para el trabajo eficiente en la nube (Sagemaker, S3, Lambdas, Step Functions, etc). Conocimiento avanzado de Python y SQL. Conocimiento en Frameworks de Machine Learning, IA Gen y puesta en producción de modelos. Conocimiento de herramientas de Big Data y conocimientos avanzados en estadística. Esta oferta se encuentra acogida a la Ley N°21.015, que promueve la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad.
