What You'll Do Lead the implementation of AI-driven software products at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption. Collaborate closely with client teams to understand operational needs and configure customised technology solutions. Provide training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring full adoption and value realisation. Act as the primary contact between our engineering/product teams and clients, collecting feedback and identifying areas for enhancement. Support regional business growth through client engagement, renewals, and solution expansion. Train and onboard users, ensuring they get maximum value from our. About you To be successful in this role you will have: A degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering , or a related discipline. 3+ years of hands-on experience in mining operations, process optimisation, or deploying new technology or software solutions within the industrial or mining sectors. Exposure to AI or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time. A valid driving licence is required. Physically fit to travel to mining sites located at high altitude (subject to mandatory health checks). Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills ( English and Spanish are mandatory ). Portuguese is a strong advantage. Proven experience in B2B client relationship management. Proactive leadership, decision-making under minimal supervision, and collaborative team spirit. A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
