We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Data Delivery Manager to ensure the successful execution of data projects, fostering collaboration with stakeholders and delivering technically sound solutions. The role entails responsibility for delivery processes, resource planning, and client engagement, with a strong emphasis on Big Data solutions and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities Ensure the successful execution of end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts while acting as the main contact for delivery-related concerns Maintain compliance with delivery management processes and governance frameworks defined by chosen models Oversee resource allocation and staffing to align with the delivery roadmap, prioritizing suitable expertise and seniority Define and guide the technical architecture of solutions to ensure quality standards and scalability Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and disciplines to achieve project objectives Develop long-term client partnerships and address challenges related to engagement risks Prepare customer proposals, statements of work, and related project documentation Apply best practices, methodologies, and agile principles throughout the delivery lifecycle Identify and mitigate risks through effective risk management strategies Analyze, measure, and improve delivery productivity for consistent advancement Contribute to sales efforts by supporting bid processes and sharing delivery insights Offer mentorship and coaching to other delivery managers within the team Requirements At least 9 years of experience with Data and Analytics projects, emphasizing Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Background in Python, Scala, or Java and familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka Expertise in delivering data platform engineering solutions, addressing both batch and real-time data workflows Proficiency in SQL and capability to design and maintain Big Data systems Previous experience leading cloud migration projects with AWS, Azure, or GCP Understanding of data architecture principles and data security challenges Knowledge of data visualization tools and an understanding of traditional analytics approaches Competency in managing tasks in dynamic and fast-paced environments with excellent client communication skills at a C1 English level Familiarity with methodologies for project delivery and agile workflows without overlooking change management We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
