The nearshore Agile Delivery Manager serves as the leader of a high performing, multi-functional scrum team collaborating on USA based ENGIE Impact Digital teams. This unique role serves as the first Impact Digital leader in South America for the digital department.

**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible, for the teams based in Chile in close collaboration with Impact Digital’s United States based teams for the technical design, implementation, quality assurance and operations of our platform delivery strategy using our standard agile project management tools and methods.
- As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for establishing robust collaboration and project management practices to orchestrate, track and make predictable team activities.
- Be the point of contact for your team on methodology and reporting issues; and ensure alignment with United States based teams involved in the development.
- Put in place the means of measurement allowing to build the bases of a predictability and a robust continuous improvement approach. - Clarify the workflow and elaborate with the members of the teams (Product Manager / Product Owner / UX / UI / Developers / QA / Ops) the process to mature functional increments, reconciling vision and technical feasibility, while taking care to preserve a lean approach.
- Lead the team through user story mapping and their reconciliation to product roadmaps.
- As Impact Digital’s top manager in Chile, drive the construction and well being of the Impact Digital Chilean team
- Serve as an administrative escalation point for human resource issues in particular facilitating communication with in country and Impact Digital United States management hierarchies.

**Education/Certification/Knowledge**:

- BS in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Agile certifications encouraged

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years overall technology management experience Minimum 2 years experience implementing enterprise-scale systems using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Experience leading 10 or more person teams independently

**Skils/Abilities**:

- Experience with modern web and serverless technologies
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts.
- Knowledge in dimensional data modeling designs and techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Data Warehouse/BI project lifecycle, tools, technologies, best practices.
- Strong skills to develop complex SQL queries (ex: using various joins and sub-queries) and stored procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced nearshore environment with mínimal direction, extreme pressure, and tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Recruiting and team building skills a must
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- French language skills a plus
