En Tata Consultancy Service - TCS, líder global en servicios de Tecnología con presencia en más de 50 países y más de 600.000 asociados, buscamos profesionales con experiencia en probada en roles de Venta y Consulting de Tecnología para la industria de servicios financieros, para unirse al desafío de liderar nuestra relación de partnership en las principales compañias de Chile y Multinacionales del Mercado.
Las principales funciones del cargo son:
- Responsable de la relación y crecimiento de servicios de TCS para alguna de las principales compañías de la Industria de Servicios financieros del país. Será el principal enlace entre las compañías.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para sus cuentas, relacionándose de forma periódica con equipos del cliente e internos de TCS.
- Prospectar soluciones y servicios de forma continua, liderando el trabajo de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinario de pre-ventas y consultores, para la correcta preparación y presentación de propuesta de soluciones y servicios.
- Relacionarse de forma continua con equipos de especialistas de TCS, de Partners, y Vendors, ubicados en distintos lugares del mundo, para facilitar las selección de soluciones.
- Confeccionar y reportar periódicamente el Forecast de las cuentas, junto con mantener los sistemas e informes correctamente completos.
Los r equisitos del cargo son:
- Más de 5 años de experiencia probada en venta de servicios y soluciones de tecnología.
- Probada experiencia en gestión comercial en alguna de las principales compañias de la industria, así como en servicios gran envergadura.
- Manejo de objetivos y cuota de ventas de cuotas superiores a +5MM USD anuales o superior.
- Conocimiento de la industria de Servicios Financieros, así como de sus procesos generales y tecnologías que la componen.
- Experiencia probada en venta y posicionamiento de Servicios para Transformación de Negocio, Migración a la Nube, Digital Transformation, Desarrollo de Software, Sistemas Core, Testing, Automatización, Infraestructura, Service Capacity | Staffing, Factory Services, Software, Hardware, Consulting, entre otros.
- Experiencia trabajando y liderando equipos multidisciplinarios / multiculturales (Preventas, Equipos de Delivery y Proyecto, Consulting, Hunting, Legal, otros).
- Práctica en metodologías de value selling.
- Experiencia comprobable de relación de negocio con contrapartes y tomadores de claves de decisión de compra: C-Levels, Gerencia, Mandos Medios TI, Áreas Procurement, otros.
- Experiencia comprobable en roles IT para Empresas de Servicios Financieros: Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Business Manager, Solution o Product Specialist, Gerente Comercial, Engagement Manager, KAM, Account, Presales, Otros similares.
- Altamente deseable la experiencia en el rubro principales bancos y aseguradoras de la plaza.
- Contar con nivel de inglés avanzado (excluyente).
