Responsibilities Analyze metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue per visitor to form test hypotheses. Serve as the primary person responsible for the technical setup and development of A/B and multivariate tests on platforms such as VWO. Manage the launch of tests, monitor performance, and ensure proper data collection. Analyze test results, validate statistical significance, interpret insights, and recommend data‑driven actions. Act as the team’s technical expert on testing platforms, solve implementation issues, and find creative solutions to challenges. Work with UX, design, and engineering to craft test variations that address key friction points. Clearly communicate test results and technical findings to internal stakeholders and occasionally to clients. Requirements Proven experience in the technical implementation of A/B tests using platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar. Deep fluency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel. Basic front‑end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement changes not possible through visual editors. Meticulous attention to detail and strong focus on quality to ensure tests are executed without errors. Ability to analyze experiment data and solid grasp of statistics, significance testing, and sample size calculation. Strong communicator who delivers tight, data‑driven presentations. Proven track record collaborating with UX, marketing, and engineering to ship experiments. Excellent technical problem‑solving skills and the ability to find creative workarounds. Passion for customer experience and bias toward measurable outcomes. Certification in an A/B testing platform (VWO, Optimizely, etc.). Experience working in an agile environment.
