Responsibilities The role is focused on strengthening the Logistics team through a senior strategic portfolio, designing Linked Logistics strategy, and aligning with stakeholders to meet business needs while driving the Procurement Transformation roadmap. Lead the Transportation & Warehouse sourcing agenda (≈45 MM USD), manage productivity projects with Supply Chain, Customs, and Trade teams. Provide cost‑forecast visibility to leadership and business units. Execute the Transportation & Warehouse Procurement AOP Plan for Argentina/Chile/Uruguay/Paraguay and serve as key liaison between procurement regional category teams and business units. Align projects and strategies to maximize supplier leverage and deliver the BU productivity plan. Ensure robust contract compliance on negotiated costs, processes, and terms. Your Impact Category strategy Develop strategies in close alignment with leadership and client areas. Use internal and external data to make informed category decisions. Maintain a holistic view of Logistics spend and act as focal point for MSO and other stakeholders. Review budget and contribute to long‑term forecasts. Support integration of SOCO strategy into category actions. Category management Drive process improvements to enable purchasing excellence (compliance, best practices, competitive bidding). Validate innovation efforts, conduct TCO analyses, and build new models for local savings. Implement legal contract management to cover 100 % of suppliers. Serve as directly funded spend focal point for leadership, providing decision‑making inputs. People management Support hiring of key Logistics personnel (in alignment with HR and MSO). Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performance team, building succession pipelines. Define Logistics team goals and KPIs. Support career development for direct reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Economics. Minimum 3 years procurement experience (Transportation preferred). Strong analytical, project management, and influencing skills. Experience in matricial teams and ability to influence across levels. Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba Sourcing/Contract Management (desirable). Leadership experience with at least 2 direct reports. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure, deliver results in a VUCA environment. Intermediate English proficiency or higher. Key differentiators: Financial analysis and cost modeling expertise. Change‑management mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous settings. Highly collaborative with global procurement, country teams, and suppliers.
