The Role This role is responsible for owning the P&L and driving the day-to-day operations , ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability. The Operations Manager will oversee a large, fast-moving operation, leading teams on the ground, managing client relationships, and implementing processes to guarantee top performance. Success in this role requires a combination of strong analytical and leadership skills, hands‑on execution, and the ability to partner closely with our client to scale results and deliver impact. What you will do Lead end-to-end picking, packing, and last-mile delivery operations for one of Zubale’s most important clients in Chile. Ensure an outstanding client experience, supporting their daily operations. Act as a strategist to design and implement processes that drive operational excellence and profitability. Manage the P&L by client, store, region, product—monitoring KPIs and controlling costs. Lead and inspire a logistics and operations team, ensuring flawless execution and scalable results. What we are looking for Professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. +5 years of experience in similar operations roles in fast-paced environments. Strong client management and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge of financial concepts (P&L, billing, budgets, collections). Experience in retail operations or logistics services. Track record in team leadership and managing diverse teams. Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables). Fluency in English. A leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing strategy and execution, and delivering measurable results.
