Position Summary

We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on Digital Ops builder who turns ambiguity into clear plans, ships projects, and scales processes with data and lightweight automation. You'll drive execution on the Digital Ops project plan, support tool rollouts, instrument KPIs/dashboards, and keep recurring workflows running to spec. You set the agenda, align stakeholders, surface risks early, and land commitments on time—so operations can scale smoothly.

You'll report to the Digital Ops Manager and partner closely with Product, Digital Ops, Rev Mgmt, Field Ops, and Tech.

What You'll Do

  • Improve listings performance across OTA's (eg.: Airbnb, Booking): Test A/B changes to lift conversion and review scores audit OTA hygiene and assets, and standardize SOPs for performance
  • Process analysis & optimization: Map current state, find bottlenecks, and design continuous improvements to boost scalability, reduce cost, or improve CX.
  • Project management & execution: Own the Digital Ops plan—tasks, owners, dates; track progress, surface blocks, and propose mitigations.
  • Tool rollouts: Gather requirements, publish playbooks and comms; report rollout status and risks.
  • Measure what matters: Monitor project KPIs, build simple dashboards, raise early warnings on variance to plan.
  • Run the machine: Oversee recurring operational workflows; validate SLAs/specs and publish performance.
  • Stakeholder cadence: Coordinate dependencies, negotiate priorities, keep work unblocked; provide structured progress/risk/outcome reports.

What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years in operations, consulting, project management, or business analysis within tech-enabled environments.
  • Advanced Google Sheets and strong analytical, structured thinking.
  • Clear written/verbal communication; organized, proactive problem solver.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to have:
Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau; HubSpot / Intercom / Zendesk (CRM/support tools); basic Python for analysis/automation; no-code automation (Zapier/Make); interest in tech / real estate industries.
