Realizar el cierre mensual, elaboración de reportería asociada a la venta a las distintas áreas de la organización, análisis y control para el proceso de estimación presupuestaria anual por marca, cliente y gastos asociado a las diferentes cuentas, con el fin de facilitar información para el control de gestión y la toma de decisiones, resguardando a su vez los presupuestos de la filial.

Tus retos


• Proporcionar soporte al proceso de estimación presupuestaria anual mensualizada por cada marca, sku, tienda, cuentas de A&P, gastos fijos y variables, entre otros, apoyando en la carga en plataformas y asignando por cuenta y área, llevando un seguimiento y cierres parciales, con el fin de proveer disponibilidad de información para las áreas y facilitando ajustes de presupuesto por parte de HQ.

• Supervisar el proceso de salida de marcas de la organización, revisando y cuadrando las cuentas, niveles de venta y A&P, así como el manejo de stock restante para su destrucción y provisión, venta o entrega a nuevo distribuidor, con el fin de contribuir al resguardo presupuestario de la organización, facilitando la negociación de costos acorde a los contratos.

• Realizar el proceso de recosteo masivo anual de códigos acorde a los gastos de transporte, aduana y nacionalización, así como diferencias por tipo de cambio, validando en plataforma su carga y generando ajustes por cambios en precio de proveedores, con el fin de facilitar los balances contables y cálculos ingresos y net revenue por parte de la organización.

• Participar de proyectos especiales, tales como Travel Security, y Sustentabilidad, revisando y consolidando todos los gastos administrativos de infraestructura y transporte utilizados, aprobaciones acorde a políticas y conciliaciones de cuentas, con el fin de contribuir al cumplimiento de los lineamientos organizacionales y la toma de decisiones por parte de la filial y HQ, resguardando el presupuesto y la meta de reducción de huella de carbono.

• Proporcionar reportería variada a toda la organización de A&P, P&L, informes de venta y margen por marca, cliente y referencia, así como planes de pago y comportamiento de clientes, con el fin de proveer disponibilidad de información y alertas para la toma de decisiones por parte de las áreas, de niveles de riesgo para los clientes, facilitando un control de gestión presupuestario.

• Experiencia: 2 años experiencia laboral.

• Educación: Ingeniería Comercial, Civil, Control de Gestión o Carrera afín.

• Competencias: Habilidades blandas y de relacionamiento. Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo. Habilidades analíticas.

• Lenguaje: inglés avanzado.

• Conocimientos específicos: Excel avanzado, manejo financiero, Power BI.
