Descripción Funciones del Cargo:


En Enaex, Multinacional Proveedora de la Minería, Líder en el Mercado de los Explosivos y fabricación de Nitrato de Amonio, nos encontramos actualmente en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager HR.

En este rol, serás responsable de liderar los proyectos del área con foco en la automatización y digitalización de los procesos de RRHH.


Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Establecer los objetivos, etapas y recursos necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia corporativa.
  • Evaluar los proyectos desde una perspectiva técnica, económica y estratégica.
  • Mantener metodología de trabajo en pos de minimizar los tiempos de ejecución y costos del proyecto.
  • Establecer y mantener trabajo en equipo con todas las áreas involucradas en los proyectos de tu responsabilidad.

Importante:
Esta vacante está disponible tanto para candidatos externos como internos. Sin embargo, queremos destacar que los colaboradores internos tendrán prioridad en el proceso de selección.

Nuestro Candidato Ideal:

  • Ser profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Comercial, o carrera afín (excluyente)
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de proyectos (excluyente)
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (excluyente)
  • Experiencia con metodología ágil y Lean management (deseable)
  • Inglés nivel intermedio (B2) o avanzado (excluyente)
  • Residencia en Santiago o disposición para trasladarse a la ciudad (excluyente)
