The Role

Our stellar Games crews are looking for a Producer for our Last Expedition team who "makes things happen" and gets games launched through a combination of leadership, management, creativity, and inspiration. You will be the key production driver for games, and we're looking for someone who can speak to all parts of the product intelligently, create plans the company can depend on, and deliver results. Through a combination of your stellar leadership, creativity, and inspiration, you "get things done" to ship successful games. You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior game dev experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for innovation, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the game development process from concept to completion,
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively,
  • Coordinating team members and ensuring clear communication,
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing issues within the team,
  • Monitoring project milestones and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • You are fearless, passionate, and have a genuine love of games
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience driving game objectives
  • Experience coordinating with all disciplines to execute their plans
  • Experience working with internal and external teams
  • You can quickly identify and resolve development challenges that arise
  • You have experience communicating status, risks, and opportunities
  • Create, implement, and maintain processes and workflows
  • You have a "make it happen" spirit
  • You are driven, communicative, and determined, and you have a strong emotional quotient to assist your team in achieving their best results to develop an amazing game

Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Agile and other software development methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Favro
  • Comfortable with working remotely on a full-time basis.
