About the role:

  • The Administrator
  • Payroll ROW provides administrative support of payroll for Orica employees within the relevant region ensuring accuracy and compliance with Orica and legislative requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Key Accountabilities Administers offline payroll data and processes Provides leave management advice and compliance Manages Service Now related to payroll Conducts payroll GL reconciliation and payment of invoices Executes payroll input and or management of external service providers Administers benefits relation to Region/Country Executes end of year processes and reporting Provides legislative advice to payments Provides Regular and AdHoc reporting Supports compliance to legislation and reporting as required.
