Summary:
~Lidera la implementación de una estrategia sostenible de Acceso al Paciente a nível local (CPO). Recopila y analiza datos para generar información para los envíos de Patient Access que conjuntamente crean valor para los clientes, los pacientes y Novartis.
About the Role:
Key responsibilities
- Key Partner management and engagement (95% of time)
Health System Mapping:Systematically map and engage external partners at account level or other relevant health system organizations with impact at the account dynamic.

Business sense: Deeply understand the dynamic of the account in a wide range of situations: priority setting process, prioritization, decision-making, money-flow, tendering, purchase
- order-placement, connection with other organizations (health services, Isapres, 'superintendence' ), invoicing and payment processing, among other.

Outside-In approach: Acting with the account to assemble with its key partners the annual strategic and execution plans balancing objectives of Novartis (technical and administrative leadership)

Customized Solutions: Design and provide ad-hoc solutions based on deep insight in customer's need to help address significant business issues and opportunities (in addition to core products and service offering); Often requires joint strategic planning, mutual investments, and situation specific approaches to mutual value sharing. Developing relationships with leadership and offering innovative value solution.

Insights Collection: Gain key insights through engagement and consultation with HCPs and key partners and together with commercial analysis feed CEAs and Medical colleagues with relevant insights to craft or improve their operational plans.

Partnerships: Crafting fruitful, value-based relationships aiming to set up platforms for long-term engagement, such as Letter of Intents, Collaboration Agreements, MoUs or other.

Market Access:Negotiate, build, operate and implement Balanced and Innovative Access models that include shared contribution models, EAP, Risk Management programs etc. Use Health Economics studies as a tool to promote value-based and evidence-based pricing. Develop and implement market access strategies to support and accelerate favorable pricing and reimbursement decisions for key market brands and new launches. Drive innovative ways to deploying value dossiers and reimbursement submissions at account level that demonstrate how Novartis products will meet unmet medical needs and customer evidence needs.
Key Performance Indicators
- Effective use of tracking systems to measure access reach at account level
- Number of patients (Patientshare) with access to NVS portfolio (footprint)
- Shortening product(s) access time
- Sales: measured both in units and values
- Collections: DSO
- Stock level
- Execution on time and with quality of the stakeholder engagement plan
Essential Requirements
- University degree in health sciences is preferrable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sector
- Market and customer intelligence
- Proficient in tools and systems related to Hospitals/Clinics and health system
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship skills
- Abilities on data analysis and insight collections
- Availability to travel
