Primary Functions
To maintain and enhance the performance of GHD's EUC services and technologies to enable the winning and delivery of work to GHD clients.
Key Responsabilities
- Responsible for administering and maintaining GHD's core EUC and Modern Device Management systems and platforms. (SOE/MOE)
- Responsible for ongoing configuration and compliance relating to a large global environment Windows Devices, 5000+ Mobile Devices)
- Assist our strategy by moving workloads to Microsoft's Modern Device Management cloud services.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timelines and risks are managed and escalated as required.
- Engage and collaborate with the IS community and business stakeholders to contribute towards successful project outcomes.
- Provide level 3 ITIL aligned incident and problem management.
Skills and Competencies
- Solid 3rd level design and administrator experience with Microsoft solutions. (SCCM & Intune) including mobile device management preferably in a comanaged environment.
- Management of GHD's Active Directory group policy, CSP & PowerShell scripting.
- Administration of Intune configuration and compliance policies.
- Strong developed technical problem solving & analytical skills.
- Professional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Highly organised, attention to detail, proactive, decisive, selfmanaging and motivated.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a global system administrator role/environment.
- ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification advantageous.
- Certification in associated technology disciplines such as Information Technology, Computer Science, M365 etc. advantageous.
- Industry certification (i.e., MCP, SCCM, MD101: Managing Modern Desktops) or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Experience in large, global, and complex IT environment advantageous.
- Experience in working with remote, multicultural teams advantageous.
- Advanced English level
