The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Digital Onboarding Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Data Entry into Corporate Databases ie SF, Aplus, RR Donnelly, Oral Care Portal.
- Analyze Multi System Reports such as A+, Power BI and Boxi and OCP.
- Determines appropriate Call to Action based on the customer type and need based on stage in onboarding cycle
- Communicate with Cross functional teams to expedite the needs of customers
- Collects and Sends customer facing Marketing Materials
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Six (6) years of Sales Support or Administrative position in a private, public, government or military environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Power of influence, analytical ability, written and verbal communication, active listening, planning, administrative and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledgeable in Excel, Power BI, Boxi, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
- Attention to Detail
