KTI Hunter esta en busqueda para importante empresa multinacional un profesional con los siguientes requisitos:
  • Más de 10 años de experiência en venta de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Al menos 3/5 años en roles similares con cumplimientos de objetivos probado de ventas de cuotas superiores a +5M USD anuales.
  • Experiência en Banca o servicios financieros.
  • Experiência en gestión de grandes clientes y grandes negocios.
  • Conocer las implicaciones del negocio y de ser un enlace estratégico de la relación entre negocio y proveedor.
  • Usar técnicas de gestión del portafolio para maximizar la realización de valor al negocio.
  • Alinear los requerimientos y expectativas del negocio y las capacidades del proveedor de servicio.
  • Experiência en proyectos de transformación digital, desarrollo, testing, automatización o infraestructura híbrida liderando equipos multidisciplinarios (Preventas, equipos de proyecto, etc).
  • Profundos conocimientos de metodologías de value selling.
  • Se requiere un profesional que tenga pasión por su trabajo, resiliente, que maneje temas de agilidad, enfocado a lo importante, orientado al logro de objetivos.
  • Contar con nível de inglés avanzado Requisitos excluyentes: Experiência en venta de Servicios IT (transformación digital, desarrollo, testing, automatización o infraestructura híbrida liderando equipos multidisciplinarios).
