In this role, you will be responsible to support the Cluster Medical Lead, LSP (Latin America South Pacific) countries by performing Medical Affairs functions, planning and implementing the promotional and scientific engagement activities of the medical plan of the vaccines area in line with the current policies and codes, providing advice to the marketing area in relation to the strategic planning carried out by the product manager and the interaction with External Experts.


_ Your Responsibilities_:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • To drive adherence to corporate ethics and policies excellence in execution (medical governance), identifying and engaging the external community in robust scientific dialogue (scientific engagement);
  • Driving gap identification and evidence generation plans base on robust methodology (evidence generation) anticipating the medical strategy & tactic to adapt product value position to change the environment (life cycle management).
  • To add medical value to vaccines vision and strategic portfolio/brand planning (business acumen), identifying opportunities with 3er parties to facilitate diligence reviews with strong knowledge of competitors pipeline (business development), developing promotional material, training to the different internal and external customers in vaccines;
  • Be Speaker in Key congresses and GSK launcher with contact with Medical Societies, MoH, developing KEE (Key external experts), following up to all findings in the clinical studies developing in the region and follow up all events in market vaccine (pharmacovigilance)
  • To provide advice to the marketing area in relation to the strategic planning carried out by the product managers, including the interaction with External Experts, payers and medical societies under the standards defined in internal policies and codes, tracing the activities in the corresponding system to support compliance with the metrics of the medical area.
  • To manage the medical objections and verbal responses to requests for information within the area of expertise, reviewing approving and certificating the promotional and nonpromotional materials of the products assigned in the LSP cluster.
  • Our vaccines area includes the responsibility of supporting in a mature portfolio and the potential inclusion in national immunization programs across our cluster (Chile, Ecuador, Perú)_

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree qualification in Medicine or related combination of education & experience providing the required knowledge, skills & abilities or other similar applicable degree/related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of vaccines area, healthcare environment defines medical value of our vaccines (medical expertise and insight) is desirable
  • Robust knowledge of public health and payer priorities, understand reimbursement/patient access framework (value patient access)
  • 3 years of clinical experience 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English is required
