Propósito de la posición:

  • Liderar el Pilar de Calidad a nível de mercado con la implementación de programas de mejora continua para mejorar el performance de calidad.
  • Aplicar la metodología del Pilar de Calidad entregando resultados en la dimensión de Zero Defect & No Waste de la política de calidad corporativa, a través de la integración del Pilar de Calidad con los demás pilares de Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE).
  • Liderar implementación de las herramientas digitales de calidad, como el Manufacturing Monitoring Scheme (MMS), CIP, Batch Code entre otros.
  • Responsable del sistema de evaluación sensorial e implementación de herramientas digitales como In/Out, Keeping Quality Test, sensorial en materias primas y materiales de empaque, SensIT
  • Responsable de la correcta aplicación del sistema de Contenido Neto.
  • Proporcionar apoyo en la implementación y verificación de los estándares de Calidad definidos en Compliance Tracking Tool, como liberación de productos, contenido neto, etc.

Un día en la vida de Market Quality & Compliance Specialist:

  • Liderar el Pilar de Calidad del Mercado
  • Aplica la metodología del Pilar de Calidad identificando las pérdidas de calidad, gestionando la eliminación de las causas y mejorando el sistema de Zero Defect en forma continua y sostenible.
  • Desarrolla las competencias técnicas a nível individual y organizacional a través de training y coaching de la metodología y herramientas como PDCA (Plan-DoCheck-Act), SDCA (Standardize-DoCheck-Act)
  • Garantiza la correcta aplicación de la metodología, las herramientas y la sostenibilidad de la eliminación de defectos mediante evaluaciones periódicas.
  • Coordinación con otras funciones y negocios para impulsar la mejora continua.
  • Garantizar la Seguridad Alimentaria y el Cumplimiento de Calidad
  • Garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Apoya la evaluación de riesgos y la resolución de problemas respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad.
  • Apoya las actividades de verificación de las Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación.
  • Lidera proceso de 5S a nível de mercado.
  • Lidera proceso del sistema de Contenido Neto.
  • Fomentar la preferencia del consumidor
  • Liderar implementación de las herramientas digitales de calidad, como el Manufacturing Monitoring Scheme (MMS), CIP, Batch Code entre otros.
  • Participa en los proyectos de reducción de defectos generados de los reclamos de consumidores para garantizar la consistencia del producto y la preferencia de los consumidores
  • Responsable del sistema de evaluación sensorial e implementación de herramientas digitales como In/Out, Keeping Quality Test, sensorial en materias primas y materiales de empaque, SensIT)

  • Garantizar el desarrollo de competencias en calidad en el mercado
  • Garantiza el desarrollo de los colaboradores mediante el coaching y entrenamiento
  • Promueve la cultura de calidad
  • Promueve la conciencia del Compliance de calidad.
  • Participa en redes de expertos Nestlé (por ejemplo, Net Content, CAT, sistemas de gestión, etc.) y en redes externas (por ejemplo, GFSI)

Lo que te hará exitoso:

  • Título universitario o equivalente (preferente estudios de Ingeniería de Alimentos, Ingeniería Química o equivalente);
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar una iniciativa y gestionar a las partes interesadas (internas y externas);
  • Experiência en fábrica/oficina central/R&D;
  • Experiência comprobada en la obtención de resultados mediante el trabajo con equipos multifuncionales y en diferentes iniciativas;
  • Establecer redes con pares en mercados o fábricas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para abordar con eficacia issues graves o controversiales en los níveles de gestión adecuados
  • Capacidad de desarrollar y ofrecer formación y asesoramiento al personal técnico y no técnico
