Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding team in Santiago, Chile. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand our hiring needs and proactively source candidates for various roles across the business.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, including phone interviews and face-to-face interviews, to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Collaborate with the People team to coordinate new starter inductions and other cross-functional requests.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the Head of Talent Acquisition on progress with vacancies and flagging risks.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various roles.
- Proficiency in Human Resources systems, including Workable, Jobvite, Oracle, HiBob, and ADP.
- Expert level with recruitment sourcing software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
