Nerdy is seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to be part of their team.

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, your role will involve supporting the system discovery process, designing the ideal HubSpot-centered system, and providing training to internal stakeholders on how to effectively operate the platform. Additionally, you will focus on aligning CRM, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and training processes to ensure a more streamlined approach and maximize the use of the HubSpot platform.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, including implementations and platform management (with relevant certifications)
  • Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Basic knowledge of API integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or Zapier is a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on action and driving results
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems with attention to detail
  • Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration with designers and engineers for feature implementation
  • Strong collaborative skills to establish trust at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Act as a HubSpot expert and assist in the migration and implementation of the HubSpot platform
  • Evaluate marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define the ideal system configuration
  • Define future state processes and customer journey(s) for effective HubSpot implementation
  • Support full HubSpot configuration, including data collection, automation, CRM setup, campaign management, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption activities
  • Stay updated on HubSpot's latest product enhancements
  • Develop a marketing and sales system strategy to improve data flow and enhance sales effectiveness with lead intelligence
  • Optimize lead hand-off and opportunity nurturing processes through automation and data capture
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales for continuous refinement of customer conversion processes
