Murex Learning is a global team is responsible for conducting learning needs assessments, designing, developing, purchasing, and delivering Learning experiences to the Murex ecosystem (internal employees, clients, and partners), covering all learning modalities (remote, in-person, digital).
The Learning and Development coordinator supports the Learning efforts in the Americas offices: New York, Canada,Chile, Mexico, and Brazil. The Learning and Development specialist will report to the Learning and Development Manager and manage planning-deploying-reporting of newcomers onboarding sessions, internal learning and development, client and partner training, compliance training, and other HR/Learning related projects. As a global organization, you will frequentlycollaborate with the global HR/Learning team.
Your responsibilities:
Monitor and complete full learning operations cycle (plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate) Coordinate and supervise the delivery of Learning events ensuring best quality and optimizing attendees' presence. Collaborate with L&D manager, and internal and externals subject matter experts to implement training programs for Murex employees and clients. Collaborate and coordinate with internal subject matter experts and teams to create a bi-annual catalog/schedule for client and partner training. Ensure billing/invoice data is entered in LMS and regularly transmitted to Finance department. Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. Generate reports from the LMS and report progress on various KPIs. Collaborate with L&D manager in conducting annual training and development needs assessment. Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development. Experience with Learning Analytics is a plus.To be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years in HR, Learning and Development, or People Operations Strong project management skills Excellent organizational, problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with a diverse group of employees, vendors and leaders in a courteous, diplomatic, and professional manner Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities Independent, proactive, and with a high level of integrity Passionate about improving processes and developing innovative HR and Learning solutions
