GRUPO TCA JornadaCompleta Gerente Estados Unidos NJ Thesuccessful Operations Manager will oversee the entering supply offresh fruit in to the warehouse cooler (NJ, USA) to our clients. Thismanager collaborates with crossfunctional teams to procure freshwithin budget, time limit and achieve KPIs. The role involves takingownership of the process, and detailed packaging, costs, andtransportation within US markets.

- Cost Oversight andOptimization: Skillfully manage the financial aspects of the facilityin connection with all operational and production processes.
- Order Orchestration: Examine incoming orders and collaborate withSourcing Managers and Ops Manager daily to devise production plans,ensuring the punctual completion of orders.
- Fruitful TrainingInitiative: Educate the staff on proper fruit handling procedures,guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of facility Good ManufacturingPractices (GMPs), Critical Control Points (CCPs), and other prescribedprocedures.
- Efficiency Monitoring and
Innovation Support:
Monitorlabor and yield efficiencies for each shift, actively participating inthe exploration of new product development.
- Inventory and
Procedure Supervision:
Oversee inventory and procedures incoordination with Warehouse, Production, and Office, ensuring aseamless flow of operations.
- Precision in
Product Compliance:
Guarantee strict adherence to all specifications regarding cut andpack sizes, volume, quality, labeling, packaging, and otherproduct-related considerations.
- Versatile Support Role:Collaborate in various capacities within Warehouse and Productionfunctions as directed by the specific facility GM.
- Quality
Assurance Inspection:
Scrutinize finished goods to ensure they notonly meet but surpass product specifications.
- Upholding SafetyStandards: Ensure the maintenance of safety standards in alignmentwith Federal, State, and company requirements, fostering a secure workenvironment
Perfildeseado:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years previousexperience working in a multi-product food manufacturingenvironment.
- 5+ years previous management or supervisoryexperience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs(i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellentcommunication skills (oral and written).
- Solid background inscheduling cost control, process management, inventory control,quality assurance and food safety.
- Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a relatedfield.
- Strong understanding of import regulations and compliancestandards relative to the fresh produce industry.
- BilingualSpanish/English is a must
