Being part of the Operations team for DiDi Food will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in LATAM.

You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on the launch, development and growth of the DiDi Food business in LATAM.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the strategy for restaurant operations within the launch team: undertaking market research and building insights that translate into growth opportunities and business results.
  • Proactively conducting and coordinating analysis to define optimal ways of improving operations and processes at a regional level. Using analytical insights as the basis for strategy development and business frameworks across restaurant acquisition and engagement for new city expansion.
  • Managing projects with complex, multifunctional scope that stretch across departments within the organization. Being a relentless advocate for the restaurant experience and translate that perspective into initiatives across teams that touch business development, marketing, communications, among others.

Role Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in highperformance environments with operation and strategy focus.
  • Bachelor/ Master degree in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science).
  • Comfortable setting up goals/targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills, focusing more on substance than style, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Clear strategic thinker: you are used to navigate ambiguous, datarich environments to define a vision and structure it into a clear plan of action.
  • Datadriven manager: the use of logic and data is central to your decisionmaking process. It is paramount to strategies you craft and decisions you make. You also have enough familiarity with analytical tools (i.e. SQL, Power BI, Python).
  • Passion to drive changes and improvement: you have experience defining and implementing scalable processes and solutions.
  • Handson mentality and selfstarter: you feel comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and macro level.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively within the team and across different departments.
  • Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
