Responsibilities:

The Opportunity


Doritos Brand Specialist Chile, is accountable for delivering brand business objectives by developing strategies and implementing them through effective and cross-functional teams.

Full responsibility for Pipeline Innovation E2E process.

Your Impact
As Brand Specialist Chile your responsibilities would consist of

  • Innovation: responsible for planning and supporting portfolio vision ́s creation within the context of PEP strategies and growth plans including innovation pipeline. Also responsible for assuring innovation targets working closely with the multifunction team.
  • P&L management: accountability for brand assuring implementation of projects and productivities on time, targets delivery and mitigation of possible issues. Also responsible for the correct brand information to build strong plans;
  • GTM / Sales + Operation: deeply understand sales dynamics and work closely with commercial team and field marketing positions in Chile to define priorities on areas/channels growth/defense plans. Follow sales and operation numbers acting when needed to guarantee end to end achievements.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor Degree: Marketing, Comercialization, Advertising, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Communications.
  • Proveen Marketing experience, preferably within consumer goods companies.
  • Marketing background: at least 5 years relevant experience in any combination of marketing, brand, innovation and/or shopper
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Business knowledge: expertise in Marketing function (market analyses, P&L, research, sales)


 Tools: Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • SAP (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to think broadly and influence multiple decision makers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Spanish and English)
  • Selfmotivated, ability to effectively manage time and to meet agreed upon objectives autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure with a results focus and to persuade others when necessary
  • Flexible and proactive when facing change
  • Able to communicate business strategies to internal clients/stakeholders
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Strong collaboration/matrix management
  • Service orientation, ability to assist and influence others in different areas and levels of the company
  • Strong analytic capabilities
