Estamos buscando a alguien que pueda ser parte de esta gran historia, que tenga disposición trabajar con diversos equipos para hacer la definición del forecast de los productos de las diferentes categorías, que sea proactivo dando la visibilidad correcta a las áreas comerciales y marketing sobre los lanzamientos, portafolio y riesgos de stock, que tenga una mirada analítica para la mejora y control de los KPI como DPA, stock cover y stock availability.

  • Desarrollar e implementar el plan de demanda aplicando las mejores prácticas, mejorando los procesos, analizando el historial de ventas y los datos de pronóstico.
  • Servir de enlace con Marketing y Comercial para comprender si toda la información necesaria de lanzamiento o eliminación se ha considerado correctamente en el plan de demanda.
  • Construir el plan de demanda por SKU para un horizonte de 18 meses analizando el historial de ventas, desarrollando experiência en el mercado del café y los consumidores, recopilando y analizando productos y eventos del mercado.
  • Supervisar y gestionar las existencias en riesgo de OOS (out of stock) y vencimientos.
  • Mejore constantemente la precisión del plan de demanda (nível de precisión y variabilidad de DPA), identificar la desviación sistemática a través de análisis del plan de demanda y corregir la tendencia para el futuro
  • Liderar el proceso S&OP, garantizando la alineación del número de ventas para los próximos meses.
  • Tener constante comunicación con el equipo de importaciones y con los planeadores de despacho de origen, para tener la visibilidad de la llegada de los productos.

Lo que te hará exitoso

  • Título de Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Ingeniería Comercial.
  • 3 o más años de experiência trabajando en el área de Planeación.
  • Tener gran capacidad de comunicación, organización y empatía.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Nível de inglés avanzado
  • Habilidades técnicas: manejo avanzado de Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point) y power BI.
