En Bristol Myers Squibb nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil de especialista de producto con ganas de sumarse a un gran desafío enfocado en próximos lanzamientos para transformar juntos el estándar de cuidado de los pacientes con patologías crónicas en las áreas de inmunodermatología y cardiología.

Valoramos la actitud proactiva y colaborativa, conocimiento del sistema de salud, capacidad de trabajo en equipo e integración con equipos funcionales para lograr los resultados.


Principales responsabilidades:

  • Generar el relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud promocionando los productos brindando contenido educativo y científico.
  • Asegurar la implementación del plan de marketing, posicionamiento de marca y comunicación de la propuesta de valor.
  • Colaborar y trabajar en equipo con los responsables de Marketing, Medical, Acceso y Programa de pacientes para la asegurar los resultados como equipo.
  • Establecer objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos desafiantes consolidando la penetración, desarrollo y crecimiento de las moléculas promocionadas dentro de sus mercados.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de ética y compliance y políticas internas de BMS.
  • Priorizar, proponer y llevar a cabo actividades territoriales en la zona acorde a los pilares estratégicos de la marca.
  • Identificar y establecer relaciones sólidas con líderes de opinión.
  • Adoptar e implementar la estrategia de omnicanalidad y recursos digitales para la promoción.
  • Trabajar colaborativamente en una cultura diversa e inclusiva incorporando los valores de BMS.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiência en Dermatología.
  • Título universitario (Deseable).
  • Deseable manejo hablado del Ingles
  • Registro de conducir (Excluyente).
  • Competencias blandas: Habilidades de comunicación, muy buenas relaciones interpersonales, proactividad y orientación al cliente.
  • Conocimiento técnico: visión analítica, manejo de planes de cuenta, manejo de herramientas digitales (Veeva) y conocimiento de acceso y sistema de salud.
