About the Role
The
Trip Planner Assistant role will require a detail-oriented and well-organized individual who excels at handling a variety of responsibilities such as booking hotels, car rentals, booking flights for clients and other high organisation and good time-keeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Send booking requests to hotels
- Send VC info to hotels and make sure the reservations are confirmed
- Work on our internal business platforms
- Request bank transfer invoice to hotels
- Book hotels through web platforms
- Send rooming lists to hotels
- Contact hotels for special requests
- Sending new VCs to hotels for existing reservations
- Help with researching when client is requesting an excursion/service/destination that we don't have in our offer
- Help with group offers contacting hotels for quotes for ballpark proposal, restaurant research etc.
Preferred requirements and skills
- Highlevel spoken and written English
- Excellent organization & administrative skills
- Flexible availability
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous organizing, trip planning, or booking experience
- Travel/Leisure & Hospitality industry experience
- Solid knowledge of destinations in Europe
