Funciones:
- Gestionar una cartera de cuentas clave, estableciendo relaciones sólidas y duraderas con nuestros clientes.
- Entender las necesidades de los clientes y desarrollar estrategias para brindar soluciones efectivas en servicios transitorios.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ventas adicionales dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos internos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio.
- Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de los proyectos y servicios transitorios asignados a las cuentas clave.
- Realizar un seguimiento de los indicadores de rendimiento y elaborar informes para la dirección y los clientes.
- Monitoreo del mercado y levantamiento de nuevas fuentes de oportunidades para los servicios ofrecidos.
- Cierre de Negocios
Requisitos:
- Titulado de Ingeniería Comercial o Carrera a fin.
- Experiência 2 Años como KAM en el Rubro de Recursos Humanos
- Contar con cartera de clientes
Condiciones:
- Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidades de pasar a indefinido según desempeño.
- Horario de Lunes a Viernes 09:00 a 18:00 hrs
