Roles and Responsibilities:
- Determining and organizing necessary support resources for a specific region and engaging in crafting service level agreements.
- Spotting and tending to the training and growth needs of project leaders and team members.
- Teaming up with sales and product development units to devise and implement a powerful sales blueprint for each fresh business prospect.
- Taking charge of client concerns and needs, guaranteeing their prompt resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Engineering or Mining
Experience: Over 10 years of experience in Mining and Machinery with exposure to Mining Clients and/or Mining Dealers
Languages: Proficient in Spanish and English
Required Skills:
- Customer Focus: Proficiency in prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction in all business choices and capability to use this insight to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Service Excellence: Understanding of customer service principles; capacity to meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service directly or indirectly.
- Consulting: Familiarity with advising clients internally and externally, along with the appropriate application of consulting tactics.
- Effective Communications: Grasp of effective communication principles; skill in conveying, receiving, and comprehending ideas, information, and requirements through suitable communication strategies.
- Problem Solving: Expertise in identifying and resolving organizational, operational, or procedural issues; adeptness in applying problem-solving techniques to various scenarios.
- Relationship Management: Understanding of relationship-building practices; ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Technical Excellence: Proficiency in a specific technology and diverse application approaches; capability to devise solutions for significant technical hurdles.
- Field Support: Knowledge of and experience in providing post-sales assistance; proficiency in maintaining hardware products.

- Prior experience with Caterpillar Mining Products
- Previous involvement with Caterpillar Dealers
Travel Requirement: 50%
