Senior Sales Specialist

Responsible for systems/services Sales across Brazilian and Latin American market, developing the network control system portfolio, providing solutions to specific customer needs and problems, as well as identifying and developing sales opportunities, aiming to achieve the objectives of the unit in which it operates / maximization of results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned market. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process to establish and maintain effective relationships to understand their needs in early stage.
- Guide other team members (presales, Technicians) on customer systems/services needs, looking for differentiated and high valueadded solutions.
- Develop sales plans in designated markets and countries in accordance with the Global Unit's strategy, performing regular status reviews to keep the company informed and ensure previously defined objectives are met.
- Manage sales processes and support the internal team on customer buying procedures.
- Lead the proposal preparation process, in coordination with the Tendering department and/or the Sales Manager, ensuring proper technical and financial aspects of the proposals, including prices and negotiation conditions.
Your background:
- Experience working on the energy market with a focus on transmission and distribution companies
- Mastery of consultative sales tools and negotiation processes
- Technical knowledge of SCADA systems for large control centers: EMS, GMS, ADMS.
- Advanced/Fluent English (required)
- Advanced/Fluent Portuguese (required)
- Knowledge of customers in the renewable energy business (desirable)
- Spanish (desirable)
- Available to travel
