Innovador holding del área de Transportes y Electromovilidad, que ofrece soluciones inteligentes para optimizar y automatizar la operación de flotas, busca un CTO para liderar la estrategia de tecnología y el desarrollo de software de una nueva plataforma para dispositivos IoT y con ello una nueva vertical de negocios.


El holding cuenta con más de 12 años de trayectoria en el rubro de Transportes y los últimos 3 años se han enfocado en la creación productos/servicios de electromovilidad y soluciones innovadoras para sus usuarios.


El CTO será el máximo referente tecnológico en la creación una plataforma que busca ser la #1 en su categoría.

Liderará este innovador proyecto desde sus inicios, trabajando junto a un equipo multicultural, en modalidad remota de trabajo, con vacaciones ilimitadas (según cumplimiento y responsabilidades) y la posibilidad de acceder a stock options de la Compañía.


EL PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO ES:


Liderar y ejecutar el desarrollo de una nueva plataforma de software para dispositivos IoT que permitirá a los clientes de la compañía (y futuros nuevos clientes) contar con un sistema de gestión integral para el transporte.


LA POSICIÓN INVOLUCRA:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar una web y app de administración inteligente de flotas.
  • Tomar decisiones técnicas que permitan el desarrollo exitoso de la plataforma y el escalamiento de la operación.
  • Definir e implementar mejores prácticas de desarrollo, seguridad y aseguramiento de la calidad de software.
  • Liderar la gestión de proyectos asociados a la plataforma e integridad de los datos.
  • Participar en la definición de la estrategia, arquitectura e integraciones entre los sistemas.
  • Conformar un equipo de trabajo de desarrollo en el corto mediano plazo

SE ESPERA DE TI:

Estudios:
Ingeniería Civil en Computación, Informática o carrera afín.

b) Experiência relevante desarrollando soluciones tecnológicas.
