Zona de trabajo:
Santiago, Región Metropolitana, Chile.

Horario de trabajo:
Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 hs.

Modalidad de trabajo:
Presencial.

Tipo de contratación:
Tiempo indeterminado.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Atención al cliente interno.
Recepción de proveedores.
Logística de cadetería.
Recepción, clasificación y distribución de correspondencia interna.
Preparación de envíos postales nacionales e internacionales (Courier).
Reserva de salas.
Asistencia y seguimiento de procesos administrativos.
Asistencia con la planificación y gestión del espacio de trabajo.
Asistencia con la planificación y gestión de archivo interno y externo (proveedor offsite).
Participación en proyectos de innovación en gestión de instalaciones y estética corporativa.

Se requiere:

Estudiante universitario o graduado de carreras como Administración de empresas o afines.
Experiência de 1 a 2 años como front desk, administrativo, manejo de proveedor de servicios.
Conocimientos intermedios de Paquete office.
Preferentemente, experiência en el armado de comunicaciones, plataformas gráficas para dar soporte al FM del sitio.
Preferentemente, poseer nível intermedio del idioma inglés.
