About the Role


In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for the development of relationships with our convenience accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.

Your role will be pivotal in improving their metrics and performance, marketing initiatives, engagement, and overall happiness.

You will lead discussions to foster balanced partnerships and develop comprehensive account plans and strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and growth objectives.


What You'll Do

  • Key Merchant Communication: Act as the POC for merchants, establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Strategic Analysis and Planning: Work closely with merchants to devise and implement strategies for financial, operational, promotional, and experiential improvements.
  • Crossfunctional Teamwork: Partner with other teams to ensure the successful execution of partner strategies, aligning partner needs with company objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide reports and updates to management on account status, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the business of key merchants, identifying growth opportunities and suggesting promotional campaigns to ensure efficient product assortment.
  • Data Analysis: Employ an analytical approach to evaluate the performance of initiatives, striving for the highest return on investment and identifying major trends, areas for operational improvement, and growth opportunities.

Contract Management:

Negotiate agreements and contracts with key merchant partners to ensure terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with business goals.


  • Problemsolving: Tackle and resolve merchant challenges, including operational issues, technical difficulties, or customer service concerns.

What you'll need

  • Proven Experience: Experience in consumer goods / retail companies, with a track record of achieving results and handling significant accounts.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and the ability to align different areas of the company towards common goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate optimally across teams.
  • Innovation and Creativity: A proactive approach to problemsolving, capable of thinking creatively to drive improvements and innovations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead by example and influence internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
