About the Role

  • El(la) Coordinador(a) de Producción será la persona responsable de coordinar mediante sistemas de control, la operación de la planta de producción con sus respectivos equipos e infraestructuras, también será responsable de supervisar el cumplimiento de normas, procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y procesos definidos, para lograr los resultados de producción esperados.
Por último, deberá coordinar, identificar e implementar, en conjunto con equipos de A&I las iniciativas de mejoramiento que permitan la excelencia funcional y soportan las prioridades del negocio para el mejoramiento continuo de la operación considerando las exigencias de HSE- En este rol usted deberá:

  • Coordinar la ejecución del plan de producción de la semana 0 y, cuando sea necesario, reprogramar las actividades para mantener la adherencia con el plan mensual o forecast.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo del plan de producción de la semana +1 en coordinación y cooperación con las distintas funciones operativas.
  • Identificar e implementar en la ejecución de los planes de producción, oportunidades de mejora con el soporte de las áreas de análisis y mejoramiento (A&I).
  • Asignar recursos para la ejecución de iniciativas de mejoramiento en la función de producción coordinando y colaborando con los supervisores de Ejecución de Producción y especialistas en Análisis y Mejoramiento.
  • Coordinar y monitorear las iniciativas aprobadas por el Gerente de Producción hasta su cierre, y que aumentan la eficiencia de los sistemas y procesos.
  • Gestionar la actualización de los estándares operativos, procedimientos, instructivos de trabajo y sistemas de control, asegurando que los controles críticos existen y son efectivos.
  • Identificar brechas en la capacidad operacional y gestionar las acciones requeridas para direccionarlas, con el fin de alcanzar la excelencia operacional.
  • Gestionar la asignación de recursos incluyendo participación en proyectos en sus etapas de definición y entrega.
  • Administrar los avisos en plataformas de Work Management (1SAP)
  • Apoyar en auditorias de HSE y medioambiente, dueño/a del plan de implementación de controles críticos de riesgos materiales
  • Proveer dirección a los supervisores para desarrollar el plan de entrenamiento para la Función de Producción y plan de desarrollo para los distintos operadores.

About You

  • Profesional con formación en Ingeniería en Metalurgia, Industrial, Química o carrera afín.
  • Poseer 5 años mínimo de experiência en plantas concentradoras cobre.
  • Poseer 2 años mínimos de experiência en operaciones de conminución (chancado y molienda)
  • Contar con experiência comprobable en haber liderado algún equipo de Producción y alcanzado mejoramiento en el desempeño operacional.
  • Deseable contar con experiência en Work Management de SAP.
  • Deseable contar con experiência en PI Sysytem o sistema afín.
  • Deseable poseer un nível intermedio de inglés tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en faena Spence
