In Grafton, we are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join the team of our client Power China.

Their main functions will be:
Scheduling:

- Select appropriate tools/software for scheduling and reporting;
- Set up the WBS and prepare baseline programme in compliance with tender or contract requirements;
- Update and revise the programme

Analyzing and Administration:

- Monitor and manage the progress the schedule;
- Perform critical path analysis and resource analysis;
- Establish and maintain logs for delay event and potential risks, and make response plans;
- Perform delay analysis and assist in claim management and dispute resolution;

Reporting:

- Prepare progress report for the project;
- Carry out schedule analysis by using S-curves or any other visualized method;
- Communicate with and report to the project management and client.
- Responsible for other works as instructed and required by the management.

Job requirements:

- Professional knowledge and skills: More than 2-year’ experience in planning management of international projects.
- Familiar with execution process of power plant, traffic engineering and civil construction, etc.
- Familiar with international engineering EPC business, engineering management, tendering and bidding, contract management and project schedule plans, etc., with capability in organization, coordination and problem-solving.
- Person with experience in project disputes resolution and international arbitration regarding project progress is preferred.
- English level: Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Other requirements: Good at MS Project/P6, etc.
