Challenges like a last-minute scheduling swap or an interview panel spanning multiple time zones don't faze the folks in Talent Operations.

Job responsibilities:

  • Schedule rolespecific remote and/or facetoface panel interviews to grow our vibrant Thoughtworks community.
  • Coordinate our Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers Thoughtworkers to become great interviewers.
  • Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where applicable.
  • Supporting data collection, analysis and its communication, including the distribution of relevant insights to its internal stakeholders within recruitment.

Job qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced english.
  • Know how to prioritize and make scheduling complicated interview panels look easy.
  • Ability to think analytically, read data, and propose improvements.

Professional Skills:

  • You are highly organized and collaborative and actively contribute to your team meeting targets.
  • You love to learn and aren't afraid to try new things. Mistakes to you are learning opportunities, not a sign of failure.
