Mattel is currently seeking a
Sr.
Con
sumer Products Associate**; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication.What Your Impact Will Be
- Lead Chile + Argex business partners in the Apparel, Footwear, CP Toys and Sporting Goods categories.
- Responsible for the revenue generated by each country
- Responsible for planning and carrying out the marketing and retail actions to support the commercial partners, as well as their budget.
- Responsible for supporting the back office team to keep payments up to date and contracts closed. Searching and closing of new projects/business partners.

- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
- Commercial skills with different stakeholders (inside and outside the company), multifunctional and multicultural
- Budget management (sales and marketing)
- Proactivity for the search and development of new business.
- Advanced English Level
- Experience with management of licensed products
