About the Role
This person will be responsible for performing analyses on users' behavior to provide partners with insightful recommendations and influence strategic decisions, also will be the point of contact between LATAM Delivery Operations and Product teams, being responsible for influencing on the Product roadmap and enabling the launch of new products and features in the regions

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Product teams and several crossfunctional teams to influence and enable the launch of strategic products in LATAM
  • Perform analyses on our user base to drive strategic decisions
  • Have a deep understanding of LATAM's business and proactively seek opportunities to engage and retain our user base
  • Learn from our partners across multiple countries, making sure that local knowledge is leveraged regionally and globally with minimum effort

What you'll need:

  • SQL proficiency
  • Deep analytical expertise experience in extracting insights from data, summarizing and presenting key takeaways. Previous experience with A/B testing
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Executional Excellence ensures all aspects of work are completed accurately and on time

  • Proactively seeks continuous improvement opportunities, which may include challenging the status quo
  • Ability to operate collaboratively and efficiently in a fluid, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments) and statistical methods (Incrementally Concept)
  • Experience with Excel/GSheet and some dashboarding/data visualization tool
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time, with a healthy stakeholder management with different teams.
