How will you make an impact? (Objective)
Responsible for Technical sales of the HID product portfolio in South region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Perú and Paraguay). The product line includes reagents and instruments.

Monitor and analyze sales results and market trends to support the implementation of strategic sales plans in countries of the South Region with direct operation and through distributors.

Carry out technical visits to customers as a pre-sales activities.

Develop close working relationship with opinion makers and scientific leaders, to promote the solutions / products of the HID division.

Prepare and present technical lectures as a pre-sales activity, at research institutions, at CEC ThermoFisher training centers, at Congresses, Seminars and Workshops.

Coordinate product demonstrations in partnership with the technical support and marketing teams.

Work in collaboration with FAS technical support and HID Marketing to share product/market/competition information to promote alignment of actions that impact the customer experience with HID Division products.


What will you do? (Responsibilities)

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders/customers
  • Present Technical lectures as presales activities;
  • Participate in forecast meetings; track and analyze sales results;
  • Elaborate sales forecast and provide monthly report of sales results to Commercial Managers, monitoring and revise Annual Sales Plan numbers (AOP).
  • Prospect for new customers and markets, Private and Public, and establish the action plans to achieve sales target, evaluating customer insights, marketing news, etc;
  • Work in collaboration with the functional areas: marketing/support/service
  • Ability to identify/develop opportunities and visit customers alone or with the sales team
  • Support the Biostock planning team in defining specific products for stock;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in defining strategies to promote the specific product line.
  • Participate in strategic planning according to company policy, setting sales goals by product, market and territory, using the knowledge obtained in the market.
  • Develop the best arrangement for the Go To Market in the different segments and territories;
