About the role
Promote commercial products approved by the company, managing the need for demand, through strategic marketing commercial processes, aligned to all commercial areas of the company.
Your responsibilities will include.
- Manage Building maintenance, equipment, and suppliers: Building and equipment maintenance, anticipate and plan for any work/investment needed. Assess needs for training equipment with training directors/managers and plan for any investment. Assess and coordinate the development of digital training technologies across regions. Select, manage, and supervise suppliers and related activities. Plan, manage and control IAS budget
- Coordinate IAS activities: Establish and monitor logistic processes and rules to ensure smooth IAS utilization by all divisions and functions. Manage IAS planning and supervise IAS reception activities.
- Manage communication and branding: Ensure branding alignment with global IAS branding and implementation. Ensure an appropriate level of communication with key stakeholders. Identify KPI and provide regular reports on IAS activities.
- Manage the IAS operation team: Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports. Supervise the reception team. Define clear roles and responsibilities and roadmap for team members. Identify and mobilize appropriate resources to execute against plan.
Required Qualifications
- University studies related to health. (Other degrees are acceptable as long as the candidate meets the job profile)
- Fluent English
- Relevant experience of more than 4 years in healthcare or similar function or area.
- Knowledge of surgical suites and their relationship with nurses and physicians, clinical teams, and permanent health entities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Written and verbal communication skills
- This position requires 40% to 60% travel.
- Use of data platforms, excel, and other CRM's
