Empresa multinacional busca incorporar a su equipo un Finance Project Controller.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestionar el control y la información financiera de los proyectos de acuerdo con las normas de control interno y garantizar que la contabilidad del proyecto esté de acuerdo con las pautas de la empresa y sea consistente con los equipos de proyecto (Planificación, Abastecimiento, etc.).
  • Implementar la estrategia financiera global definida en la etapa de licitación del proyecto. Esto incluye aspectos como impuestos, cobertura financiera, flujo de caja, etc.
  • Apoyar el Gerente de proyecto en la correcta ejecución del proyecto a nivel financiero.
  • Análisis financiero continuo: Durante todo el proceso del proyecto, serás responsable de desafiar la información financiera. Esto significa identificar y comunicar oportunamente cualquier impacto financiero potencial derivado del desempeño operativo del proyecto y las estrategias de mitigación de riesgos.
  • Liderar las finanzas de proyectos con el fin de mejorar el rendimiento general del proyecto.
  • Proporcionar análisis financieros, asesoramiento y orientación para ayudar al equipo del proyecto a tomar las mejores decisiones comerciales para el proyecto.
  • Cumplimiento normativo: Garantizarás que el proyecto cumpla con todas las normas y regulaciones de gobierno e informes. Esto incluye el cumplimiento continuo de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (IFRS).
  • Gestión financiera del proyecto: Analizarás y controlarás los costos, ingresos y rentabilidad del proyecto. También te encargarás de preparar pronósticos oportunos de ventas, costos, márgenes y flujo de efectivo.
  • Optimización del flujo de caja: Buscarás permanentemente flujos de liquidez y optimizarás el capital de trabajo para promover una cultura de efectivo en el proyecto.
  • Gestión de contratos: Brindarás apoyo al área de gestión de reclamos, centrándote en los aspectos financieros y el perfil de riesgo de los contratos.
  • Cierre financiero mensual: Trabajarás en conjunto con el equipo de finanzas para el cierre mensual del proyecto y la presentación de los estados financieros de manera adecuada.


Requisitos:

  • Carrera: Ingeniería comercial, civil, o carrera a fines.
  • 5 años de experiencia
  • Experiencia previa gestionando proyecto desde punto de vista financiero.
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
  • Interés por las nuevas tecnologías.
  • Capacidad en trabajar en equipo.
